Decorating With Vintage Decor: An Amateur's Guide
While many of us would love to be able to afford to have our homes designed and decorated by professional interior decorators, the truth is, that for most of us, that is just not possible. I would argue that a home that is decorated by YOU with the things that YOU love, and in a style that is YOURS is best! Be Yourself! It's YOUR home! Do what makes YOU happy! It is my personal belief that it is important to live a life that makes YOU happy! Our choices shouldn't be dicta

Chicks, Bunnies and More!
Sister and my niece Hartlea went on Friday to Warrenton, Texas to check out the amazing springtime Texas Antiques Week, and did they ever hit the jackpot! Vintage Kitchen Vibes
When our mother passed away, she left Sister and I with a house that was literally brimming over with wonderful, old treasures. While her home was a treasure trove and an antiques lover's paradise, her true love was kitchen items. Her kitchen and dining room were full of what seemed like hundreds of old pottery mixing bowls, Pyrex of all kinds, cookie jars, spice sets, salt and pepper shakers, rolling pins, and old cookie cutters. She was especially fond of the cheerful an
